Some bungalows include private bathrooms, while budget travelers can choose from mixed dorms or a 'Girl Only' dormitory. The property also provides three distinct beaches - Sunrise, Sunset, and Manta Beach - each offering different snorkeling conditions.

The resort's kitchen serves Pacific Island-style dishes made with locally sourced produce and ingredients from the resort's own gardens. A compulsory meal plan covers buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, and a la carte or buffet dinner with a rotating menu. Barefoot Manta is located on Drawaqa Island in the secluded Yasawa Islands, a 30-minute seaplane ride from Nadi or a 3-hour ferry journey aboard the Yasawa Flyer from Denarau Marina. The resort is surrounded by scenic views of the Yasawa Islands and coral gardens. Manta Ray feeding sites and the Mua-ira Village are within close proximity for community visits.

The resort offers daily activities including guided hiking to three lookouts, kayaking, standup paddleboarding, volleyball, and coconut husking and Fijian cooking demonstrations.
